If we allow the societal values to poison our mentality, then we may never acquire the wisdom that we have been longing for. Wisdom will not be obtained if you still are dependent in worldly emotions and dramas. You need to detach yourselves from these factors that could affect your wellbeing. Speaking about wellbeing, we are not only referring to our physical health.

We also are referring to our spiritual health and this could only be attained through meditation and prayer. Keeping in touch and maintaining our close connection with God is the sure way to resolve our interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts. As humans being tempted sometimes is unavoidable since we also have our basic needs. These conflicts would hinder us from improving.

We have our friends and family to strengthen us throughout our journey in life. Even though we get too stressed emotionally, mentally, and physically, we should never disregard our spiritual strength. This is our only hope in keeping ourselves sane.
