A lot of these people think that repeating a phrase to themselves every single day seems a little silly and even embarrassing. If you already know that you want to be happy, wealthy, and successful, then what's the point of repeating this to yourself every single day?

If you couple them with clearly defined written goals and applied faith, their power is even stronger.Feel Them,The emotional dimension of each affirmation should never be overlooked. When you can additionally "feel" your affirmation, its total impact increases tremendously. For instance, if your affirmation is "I am a successful public speaker", then visualize how it will be like to be receiving a standing ovation from a hall full of people.

Sometimes it's a little difficult to appreciate the true power of the subconscious mind. To put it simply, this is the part of your mind that processes your thoughts when you're not even aware of it. Have you ever struggled to solve a problem or situation, only to have a spark of inspiration when you least expected it? This is actually your subconscious mind at work. After a while, your subconscious mind will begin to accept and believe these thoughts. When this happens, your conscious mind will begin to make good decisions that affect your life in a positive manner. Positive affirmations are not a magic bullet for a successful and happy life. But they can help influence your thought process and have a meaningful impact on your behavior.
